How to "Bulk" Modify Assignments

The screen Gradebook>Assignments>Bulk Modify will allow you to mass modify your existing assignments.

This screen gives you many options to work with so that you can modify all of your assignments quickly and easily for an entire marking period.

Here is a listing of the options and how they effect the creation of the assignments:

Field	Description
Perform action on assignments before/after this date	This field dictates which assignments will be affected by you modify.
Marking Period	This field tells the Gradebook which marking period's assignments will be affected by this update.
Category	If you select a specific category, then only assignments that are marked as that category will be affected by this update.
Unit	If you select a specific unit, then only assignments that are marked as that unit will be affected by this update.
Workgroup	If you select a specific workgroup, then only assignments that are marked as that workgroup will be affected by this update.
Action takes place for assignments on all school days going	You have two choices here: Forward or Backward
Select the action you would like to perform	Two options: Move the due dates of assignments X school days - Self Explanatory. Delete Assignments - Self explanatory.

Once you have selected all the options, simply click on the "Save" button and then the assignments will be modified.
