Gradebook Setup Calculations Screen

Overview

The Gradebook>Setup>Calculations screen allows a teacher to see the calculations that Gradebook will use to calculate a semester or final grade.

By default, the Gradebook will use the school's calculations for both types of grades.

At any time, you can reset the values on this screen by clicking on the "Reset Percentages Back to the School Defaults" link.

Some schools allow you to create your percentages to make up a final grade.

The screen will allow this if your school has set this option up.

If you have the ability to do this, please be aware the the screen will not allow you to save unless the percentages equal 100%.

If you do not have the percentages equal 100%, the total will appear in red and the screen will warn you that "All percentages must add up to 100%".
