If you are missing any tasks on Next Year Scheduling>Process Control, go to Next Year Scheduling>Setup>Processes, select the school on the left, click on the tasks on the right and click SAVE.
The Next Year Scheduling>Setup>Processes screen just gives you the option to restrict access to the different tasks that appear on Next Year Scheduling>Process Control, per school.
For example, if you utilize Elementary Grading and use the elementary scheduling tool via Elementary Grading>Schedule, you might not have tasks 1 or 2 checked off to be available to see/run.
Or, if you know your district will be creating an all new curriculum from scratch, you may remove those first 2 tasks as an option to prevent any other sysadmin from running the tools without knowing (since it will overwrite existing curriculum/sections.)
Otherwise, you can just leave all 10 checked.
