You can create a request letter via Next Year Scheduling>Student Requests>Letters>Letter Template.

You must select a Document Type if you wish a Document to be created in Parents Module.
Document Type must exist in Documents>Setup>Document Types and must be set to be "Visible in Parents Module" and visible by either "Guardian" or "Student Account".
Once set, you may send letters to the Parent Module by clicking into a letter run on the "View Letters" tab, checking off your letters, then hitting the "Release" button.
You can then generate letters via Next Year Scheduling>Letters>Generate Letters.
