If you school is using the Elementary Grading module, to open/close grade posting for teachers, go to Elementary Grading>Setup>Open / Close.
To open it up entirely, click the "Open Grading" button.
To specify which marking period should be available to post and print for report cards, select the marking period in the "Configuration" area and click "Save Changes."
