How to reset the password for your support ticket account
Visit the homepage for either the SIS Portal or SchoolFi Portal
At the top of the screen, click the Login button:
On the following screen, click the Forgot your password? button:
On the following screen, enter your e-mail address and click Reset my password:
You should then see this message in green:
Note: This message will appear even if you entered an invalid email address
If your email address is correct, you will then receive a message in your inbox. If you do not receive an email within 5-10 minutes, try again and make sure you entered your full email address.
Here is a sample of the email you should have received:
Click the link you received Click here to reset the password to reset your password.
You will be asked to enter your new password twice:
When finished, click Update & Log In.
