You can view / modify an individual student's CTE info via Student Data>Modify Student>CTE.

Some fields on this screen:

FieldDescription
CTE Articulated CreditA credit value (greater than zero) will set 'CTECollegeCreditEanred' in CTE to 'Articulated credit'. It will also count as the credit amount when summing NumberOfCTECollegeCredits. Dual Enrollment/Credit courses (courses marked with an 'Course Instruction Type' of 'C - College level dual enrollment/ dual credit course' will use the regular course credit amount.

CTE College Credits Earned (formerly ProgramOfStudy) - 

This allows you to set your courses to "None", "Articulated Credit", or "Dual Credit". The CTE collection will honor these fields. If you do not want a course to count for "Number of CTE College Credits" then you can set the new "CTE College Credits Earned" to None.


Field is populated 0 – None by default. If a student’s CTE course is set with an amount in the ‘CTE Articulated Credit’ field in the curriculum, it will populate as ‘1 – Articulated Credit’. If a CTE course has ’Course Instruction Type’ set to ‘C - College level dual enrollment/ dual credit course’, it will be populated as ‘2 - Dual/ Concurrent credit’

Number of CTE College Credits (formerly ProgramOfStudyCredits)
 Articulated Credit will be summed based on the 'CTE Articulated Credit' value set on the Course Curriculum. Dual/Concurrent Credits will be summed using the standard credits set on the Course Curriculum for the CTE course
Industry Valued Credential (1-3)Industry related certifications
OPE ID

The Office of Postsecondary Education Identification (OPE ID) of the college or university in which students are enrolled in a dual enrollment/dual credit course. Latest codes can be found here: https://www.nj.gov/education/sleds/keydocs/docs/NJSLEDS_OPE-ID-List.xlsx
