District-Created Codes Tables
Codes tables can be added to the set on the Setup>Codes screen.
Codes tables can be added by the local district for various reasons. For example:
- For a category of Accommodations in Lesson Plans
- To create a set of codes for a ReportWriter report
Adding a New Codes Table
To add a Codes Table, do the following:
- Go to the Setup>Codes screen.
- Click the button. Here "Add Code" means "Add Codes Table". This brings up the "Add Codes Table" dialog:
- Enter a code to identify the new table to the system.
- Enter a Description - the name by which users will know the table.
- Click to add the new table.
After you create a Codes table, you can add codes to it. Find instructions here.
