Summer Rollover

During summer rollover Genesis will create a new lunch tracking record for the new school year that starts on the first day of school and ends 30 operating school days into that school year.

October 1st

For each school, 31 operating school days into the year at 3:00am, the following logic is applied to all existing lunch tracking record in your district automatically.

• Create "did not apply" lunch tracking records for students with lunch records expiring 30 operating school days into that school year.; and no records after that.
