Modified on Wed, Aug 23, 2023 at 4:07 PM

Staff who have been assigned as advisors or administrators to a school club will now have access to the Club Dashboard (The staff will also need a security role with the dashboard locations assigned to it).  The Club Dashboard allows the staff to view information on the students who are participating in the club as well as tools to communicate with the students and/or their guardians.

Dashboard Screen

The dashboard screen shows staff the club roster, the attendance for the students, any medical issues and any recent or upcoming conduct incidents.  This screen is an overview of the students in the club.  If the staff member is also attached to other clubs, the user can switch clubs to view the other clubs.
