"Activity Levels" 

"Activity Levels" are the separate teams or categories of participation.  Typically there will be various levels for athletic teams but only one level for a club (though you can certainly set up as many as you need).  Activity Levels are maintained on the Setup->Districts->Master District Parameters->Activities->Activity Levels screen:

You may have as many activity levels as you would like. Activity levels can be used for sports, clubs or both.   Once they have been used at least once, they cannot be deleted.  Their descriptions can always be updated but their internal codes cannot.

Add a New Activity Level

1. Go to the Setup->Districts->Master District Parameters->Activities->Activity Levels screen.
2. Click the "Add Activity Level" button.  This brings up the "Add Activity Level" dialog:
3. Enter the name of the new Activity Level.
4. Check the "For Sports" checkbox  or the "For Clubs" checkbox - or both.
5. Click the "AddActivity Level" button.   This adds the new Activity Level.

Update an Activity Level

You can change the name of a Activity Level or whether it is to be used for sports or clubs or both, or deactivate (or re-activate) it.   To update a Activity Level:

1. Go to the Setup->Districts->Master District Parameters->Activities->Activity Levels screen.
2. Locate the Activity Level you wish to change. E.g. 
3. Make your changes. Optionally:
   1. Update the description
   2. Check or uncheck the "For Sports" checkbox
   3. Check or uncheck the "For Clubs" checkbox
4. Click the Save Activity Levels button to save your changes.

Delete an Activity Level

You can only delete an Activity Level if it has not been used.   To delete an Activity Level::

1. Go to the Setup->Districts->Master District Parameters->Activities->Activity Levels screen.
2. Locate the Activity Level you wish to delete. . If there is no red 'delete' icon at the far right, the Activity Level cannot be deleted. If there is a red delete icon at the far right, you can delete the Activity Level 
3. To delete the Activity Level - click the red delete icon. This brings up a confirmation dialog:
4. Click OK to delete the Activity Level and cancel to keep it.
