You can view/change your discipline settings on the Parent Access>Setup>Settings>School Settings>Discipline tab.
Important Note: the "Discipline" box would also need to be checked off on the specific ROLE tied to the parent portal account to see the tab in the portal. Roles can be viewed/modified via Parent Access>Setup>Roles.
