Configuring the List of Available Medications

Medications - pharmaceuticals - and other items that students can be prescribed - are configured in an ordinary Codes table.

The NURSE_MEDICATIONS Codes table can be edited on the Nurse->Setup->Codes->Generic Codes->List screen:

You can:

• Add new Medications
• Delete old ones (not recommended as they may be being used on student records)
• Change name/label
• Resequence/re-order the list to put it in alphabetical order, or "frequency of use" order - or any order you prefer.

To edit the list, click on the icon.  This brings up a standard "Edit List" screen:
