Lunch Tracking Record Updater

Student F/R Lunch status for today's date was previously updated by the Student Maintenance task. It has been moved into it's own task so that it may be scheduled to run more than once a day.

Purpose of the task

For all students that have an enrollment status of active and are not currently in a school marked inactive:

• Looks up the current lunch tracking record based on the current date
• Sets the lunchCode field on the Student record to that lunch tracking records lunch code
