Lunch Tracking Record Updater

Purpose of the task:

This task used to be part of the student maintenance task.

It has been moved into it's own task so that it may be scheduled to run more than once a day.

For all students that have an enrollment status of active and are not currently in a school marked inactive:

• Looks up the current lunch tracking record based on the current date
• Sets the lunchCode field on the Student record to that lunch tracking records lunch code
