Sport & Club Attendance Codes

Sport and Club Attendance has two categories of attendance and hence two always available attendance codes:  Present and Absent.   In addition, a third code of "Exempt" is optionally available.  The colors of Present and Absent default to red for absent and green for present, but can be altered locally.

Sport and Club attendance codes are maintained on the Setup->Districts->Master District Parameters->Attendance Setup screen:

The only editable settings for the attendance codes are the color settings;  additionally, the code of "Exempt" can be enabled:

Altering the Attendance Code Colors

To change the colors of the attendance codes for your district, do the following:

1. Go to  the Setup->Districts->Master District Parameters->Attendance Setup screen
2. Click in the color patch for the code whose color you wish to change.  This brings up a color chooser tool:
3. Slide the bar in the rainbow vertical column to choose the basic hue, then move the dot in the color square on the left to adjust the intensity and brightness.
4. Click the Save Attendance Codes button at bottom to save the adjusted color.   There is no 'undo'.

Enabling or Disabling the "Exempt" Attendance Code

Exempt is disabled by default.  To enable it, or disable it if was previously enabled, do the following:

1. Go to  the Setup->Districts->Master District Parameters->Attendance Setup screen
2. Check - or uncheck - the checkbox to the left of the Enabled code.
3. Adjust its color per the instructions above if desired
4. Click the Save Attendance Codes button at the bottom.
