Modified on Thu, May 30 at 3:35 PM

Attendance Totals from Daily Attendance

This report sums up the data from the Daily Attendance table -  which is the table that houses the attendance for every day, per student.

Sample Output:

ADE (Average Daily Enrollment) = Days Possible/School Days

ADA (Average Daily Attendance) = (Days Possible- Days Absent) / School Days)

%ATT (Attendance Percentage) = (Days Present / Days Possible) * 100

Warning: The attendance register table must be up to date before running this report. This report analyzes data from this summary table and not from live attendance data. To update the attendance register summary table, follow the directions on the Attendance.Register.Recalculate screen.
