1015 Attendance Totals and Sum per Student Report

Excessive Absent/Tardy Report - Report for a specific period that will produce a list of students whose absences and tardies/early dismissals occurrences add up to number entered.
Sample Output
Note: ALL attendance transactions (absences, tardies, early dismissals) are added to the TOT column, including EXCUSED and UNEXCUSED. The only way to exclude certain attendance values is to type the list into the "Exclude these Attendance Codes" report option. Ex: "A,T,AU,E
Parameters

Enter Minimum Total Sum | Total # of combined tardy/absence/dismissals a student must have to qualify for the report |
Exclude these Attendance Codes from calculation (comma separated list) | Example: A,E,U,T,1 See Attendance > Codes screen for the list of daily attendance codes used at your district. |

Convert to ABS using Credit Loss Rule | YES or NO Will first convert ALL included Tardy codes into absences. The converted total is then added to the total # of absences that qualify for the report, to achieve the sum in the TOT column. |
Double Shared Time Student Attendance | YES or NO Daily attendance for shared-time students is normally divided in half for reporting purposes, to account for half of their attendance being recorded at the shared-time attending district. This option will double that value if Yes is selected. |
