If you have to make modifications to teacher HR designations and/or the actual HR room designations, you do so via Scheduling>Setup>Teachers and Scheduling>Setup>Rooms.
Steps on Updating a Teacher's Homeroom Designation in the New School Year
1. Navigate to the Scheduling>Setup>Teachers screen.
2. You can click on the teacher's name or the modify icon to the right to modify their record.
3. From the Modify screen, select the HR # in the "Homeroom" dropdown and save.
Please Note: Teachers can only be assigned one HR # at one time. So, if you are swapping HRs between 2 teachers, you will need to clear out one teacher's HR first before you can assign that same # to the other teacher. |
Steps on Updating a Room's Homeroom Designation
1. Navigate to the Scheduling>Setup>Rooms screen.
2. You can click to modify a room and then select YES for "Is this a Homeroom" and click Save. That will mark the room as a Homeroom.
