If you are looking to add a new Staff ID/Teacher ID, please review this article. New Staff IDs are added via Staff>Staff>Add Staff.
If you are looking to add a new Genesis Logon ID (to actually log in to the system), please review this article. New Logon IDs are added via Setup>Security>Users.
