Next Year Scheduling Maintenance Screen

You have some additional next year scheduling options available on the Next Year Scheduling>Mass Schedule>Maintenance screen.

Be careful with the tools on this screen. For example, if you have locked in schedules for students, but you'd like to clear them out, you may want to use the "Purge All Schedules" tool to remove all the schedules from the students - but you will not want to use the "Purge Master Class Schedule" tool.

PURGE ALL SCHEDULES: This will remove next year schedules from all students.

PURGE MASTER CLASS SCHEDULE (sections and subsections: this will completely remove all next year sections. * You will want to have 0 existing schedules before doing this.

RECALCULATE SEAT COUNTS: Click this button to recalc seat counts for your next year courses all at once.

Copy Builder Rules to 20XX-XX [School Code]

These tools will copy the builder rules to next year. It will validate the rules as it is copying; so rules will not be copied for courses, rooms etc.. that were deleted in 20XX-XX.
