This screen will provide an overview of your options on Next Year Scheduling>Mass Updates.
1 - Next Year Scheduling>Mass Updates>Mass Add
Using this tab, you can select "Students within this List" (i.e. a student list you have created) or you can select "students assigned to grades" in step 1.
In step 2, you select a course section to add to the selected student's schedules.
Click NEXT to get to the next screen. Click RESET to blank out your selections and start over.
After you click NEXT, you will be brought to the VERIFY screen:
You will see all students from your selection on the previous screen.
You now have the option to exclude specific students before clicking "Add." Just check off the "Exclude" box to the left of the student name.
Click "Add" to finish adding the section to the students' schedules.

2 - Next Year Scheduling>Mass Updates>Mass Delete
Using this tab, you can select "Students within this List" (i.e. a student list you have created) or you can select "students assigned to grades" in step 1.
In step 2, you select a course section to remove from the selected student's schedules.
Click NEXT to get to the next screen. Click RESET to blank out your selections and start over.
After you click NEXT, you will be brought to the VERIFY screen:
You will see all students from your selection on the previous screen.
You now have the option to exclude specific students before clicking "Delete." Just check off the "Exclude" box to the left of the student name.
Click "Delete" to finish removing the section from the students' schedules.

3 - Next Year Scheduling>Mass Updates>Mass Change
With the Mass Change wizard, you can add a list of changes for students before clicking NEXT.
For example, you can say If Student "Does Not Have" Course Section Y, Add Course Section X.
In step 2, select the initial criteria students should qualify for and the course section.
In step 3, select the action to take when kids qualify and the course section. Click "Add to List of Changes."
It will now show as an item on a list, so you can add additional changes and/or remove it using the "Remove from List" button.
When you have added all of your actions, click NEXT. You will be brought to the Verify screen.
You will see all students from your selection on the previous screen and the criteria you had set.
You now have the option to exclude specific students before clicking "Apply Course Updates."
Just check off the "Exclude" box to the left of the student name.
Click "Apply Course Updates" to finish making the changes to the students' schedules.

4 - Next Year Scheduling>Mass Updates>Tracking
This screen shows you a record of each Mass Update made for the school.
