Student Basic Skills Screen

Basic Skills Tab

NEW: * Basic Skills Tracking  - Added "Do Not Rollover" property. Basic Skill Tracking records with this checked will never rollover.

 You can add basic skills information to students via Student Data>Modify Student>Basic Skills, using the "Add Program" button.

When you click "Add Program," you will see this pop up:

You can enter:

  • Program Name (optional) - You can add and edit Program Names from Setup>Codes>Basic Skill Program Names
  • Program Code
  • School Year
  • Start Date
  • Exit Date
  • Eligible for Program - Used in MAP Testing Export
  • Enrolled in Program - Used to determine Title 1 programs and MAP Testing Export
  • Resource Teacher - To display here, staff members need to be marked as "resource teacher" via Staff>Staff>Modify Staff>Demographics.
  • Exit Reason
