Student Parent Access Tab

You can see which parent user accounts have logged in for this individual student (and how many times) via Student Data>Modify Student>Parent Access.

You can see:

• Date of logon
• Time of logon
• Logon ID
• Last Name
• First Name
• Account Type
• Which type of tab they accessed
• Action (view)
• Which screen they accessed
• IP Address of Users
• How many times they logged in per month
