Viewing Student Passes

You can view Student Passes in a few spots:

• On the Student Data>Modify Student>Passes screen, for individual students
• Through the Gradebook, on the Gradebook>Gradebook tab
• Within the Parent Portal on the Student Summary tab

Configuring Alerts for Student Passes

There is a way to configure alerts upon login into the Parent/Student portal if a student has a pass available to view.

In Parent Access>Setup>Settings>District Settings>General Settings, there is a yes/no check box that allows you to configure alerts for student passes:

Viewing Student Passes in Student Portal

Students can view the passes currently assigned to them by logging onto the student portal.

A link to the student's passes will appear in the "Student Summary" tab under the student photo  It will link to a PDF of the pass. 

Viewing Student Passes in the Gradebook

Teachers can view what passes are currently assigned to their students through Gradebook.

If a student has a pass assigned to them for the current day, in the Gradebook next to the student's name, a PDF icon will appear.

Clicking on the icon will bring up the pass. The PDF icons are highlighted below:
