Special Services Events - SS
Special Services Events - where the checkbox in the "SS" column is checked - are designed to capture the student's Case Manager information.
When the SS checkbox is checked:
- Case Manager id is included in the Event record.
- Case Manager's name is displayed on the Event Tracking screen.
- A search on "Case Manager" on the Event Tracking screen (Turnstile>Event Tracking) can be done.
- It should be possible to create WebDesk panels that find Events for a specific case manager.
