Entered/Left Report

Report 1180 is looking at the attendance records to figure out registrations and withdrawals.

Students who are entered into a school after the school year do not have attendance, so this report will not find them.

The only other workaround for 1180 is to select the first day of school when running it. (All entered and left transactions in genesis are considered to happen on the first day of school, for the summer period etc.)

You can also try Report 31950 Student Registration Report. Report 31950 is looking at the students registration date info.

When a student is registered, this date is updated with the registration date on the screen. Because it is looking at the student's registration date and not the attendance, the report will find students who register into the school during the summer.
