Overview
This allows you to track ESY (End of School Year) Attendance for all students enrolled in an ESY program.
On this screen you will see a listing of all ESY programs and an attendance date selector.
You will see all the students enrolled into the selected program on the selected date.
You can take attendance for all the student listed for that date.
You can create report writer reports on the attendance data captured here using table: STUDENT_ESY_ATTENDANCE

Adding New ESY Program (codes)
Setup>Codes>Modify Codes>ESY_ATTENDANCE
- You can create/edit/delete ESY Programs here
Enrolling Students into ESY
Required in order to record ESY Attendance for students.
Student Data>Modify Student>Tracking>Other>ESY
- You can manually enroll students into ESY programs here, by giving them a ESY tracking record
- You can also add students in bulk by using a student list via: Student Data>Mass Change
- The ESY Attendance recorded does nothing but get recorded in the ESY Attendance tables, so it has no effect on state reporting
