9150 NJ Grad Req and Post Grad Plans
Notes
Produces the counts for both the Graduation Requirement and Post Graduation Plans for the NJ School Report Card. This report only includes students graduating in the selected school year.
Source of Data
Database Table | Genesis Object | Notes |
NJRC_STUDENT_GRAD | NJRCStudentGrad | This is the object in Genesis that houses all the data associated with this report. This object is created and written to the DB when the report is generated. |
SCHOOLS | School | Only schools that are marked as "Count for State Reporting" and "In District". |
IEP_TRACKING | IEPTracking | Active as of the last day of school as determined from the school calender |
STUDENTS | Student | Students must have a valid Date of Graduation that falls between September 1 and August 30 of the selected school year. |

The NJRCStudentGrad object can be used in order to audit this report with Dynamic Student Lists or Report Writer.
HINT: The graduation date can be updated using the mass change feature on the Student Data Tab.
