Attendance Searches (Daily Attendance, Class Attendance, Consecutive Daily Absences, Daily/Class Differential)

We have a few different searches you can perform and export via Student Data>Student List>Attendance Search.

Daily Attendance Search

This screen allows you to search for students based on absent/tardy filters. Users can find students with at least or at most a selected number of absences or tardies within a time frame. The results can be exported to Excel.

Consecutive Absence Search

This screen allows you to find student with a current consecutive absence streak or students that have had consecutive absences at any point in the year. The number of consecutive absences is configurable. The results can be exported to Excel.

Class Attendance Search

This screen allows you to search for students based on absent/tardy filters for Class Attendance. Users can find students with at least or at most a selected number of absences or tardies within a time frame. The results can be exported to Excel.

Daily/Class Differential

This screen provides a view of students who are in school but marked as absent from a class. The screen features Excel output of the results of the search.
