Support for the NJ Athletics Health History Update Form

Support for the Health History Update Form has been added as a Parent Form and companion ReportWriter report.  

Both components are available in the Knowledge Base. 

The Parent Form and ReportWriter report can be downloaded for installation in your Genesis system, as well as a full detailed explanation for loading and using the NJ Athletics Health History Update Form components can be found here.

Document Management DocTypes now have a "Can be a Health History Update Form" option for Student Documents.   A maximum of one DocType with the "Can be a Health History Update Form" parameter checked is allowed:  if a DocType with this parameter checked exists, Documents with that DocType can appear on students' Athletics->Exams and Participation screen  as "Health History Update Forms".  For more information on how this works, go here.
