Overview
- The Document Spreadsheet allows teachers to attach documents to a Gradebook via Gradebook>Gradebook>Documents.
- These documents may be downloaded at any time and by any user who has access to the Gradebook
- These documents are stored on the Genesis Document server, not a personal computer
- To upload a document:
- Select a 'document type' from the drop down
- Search for and select the document from your computer by clicking 'Browse'
- Lastly, Upload the document to the Gradebook by clicking 'Upload File'
**Note: Document Types are to be setup by your System Administrator - Click Here for more info on Document Types |
- After uploading the document or by choosing to modify the document you will see a 'Document Properties' screen.
- You can fill in various, useful fields here that will only be viewed by users with access to the Gradebook
