Securable Locations for Student Special Ed tab
In order to view the Special Ed tab a user must have INQUIRY rights for the studentdata.modifystudent.specialed securable location. This will allow the user to pull up the screen and see an overview (but not the details) of the tracking records.
In order to view the details of the individual tracking records, the user must have CHANGE rights for the studentdata.modifystudent.specialed securable location. This will allow the user to hit the modify button on the existing records.
In order to save data when modifying an Evaluation Tracking Record, the user must have CHANGE rights to the studentdata.modifystudent.specialed.evaluations securable location.
In order to save data when modifying an IEP Tracking Record, the user must have CHANGE rights to the studentdata.modifystudent.specialed.classifications securable location.
In order to add a new Evaluation Tracking record, user must have ADD rights to the studentdata.modifystudent.specialed securable location.
In order to add a new IEP Tracking record, user must have ADD rights to the studentdata.modifystudent.specialed securable location.
