Student Forms Tab

You can View, Exempt, Reset, and Recall student forms via Student Data>Modify Student>Forms.

You can now also see historic forms for the students.

If there is a form that was published, you can see:

• the Submitted On date
• who it was Submitted By
• If the form was FINALIZED
• What dates the form was "fillable from" and "thru"

If there is a form that was published to the student, click directly on the link to see more info:

• The information on this page is read only. Answers can only be changed from the parents module.
  
  

You can click "EXEMPT FORM" to exempt this specific user from having to submit this.

You can click "RECALL FORM" to make the user re-submit the form entirely.
