Nurse Events

Nurse Events - where the checkbox in the "Nurse" column is checked - are designed to facilitate creation of a "Nurse Visit" when checking into the Event vai the Nurse→Visits→Check-in screen:

When the Nurse checkbox is checked AND the current user (presumably either a nurse or a 'nurse kiosk') is linked to a "Nurse" staff member:

• When a student is checked in via the Nurse check-in screen (Nurse→Visits→Check-in), a "Nurse Visit" is generated for the student checking in.
• In addition, a normal "Nurse Event" is also created.
• When the student checks OUT of the Nurse Event using the Nurse check-in screen (Nurse→Visits→Check-in), a "Departure Time" is placed into the Nurse Visit. and the normal "Nurse Event" is also closed (i.e. a Time Out is set for it).
