Nurse Visits
This is found via Student Data>Modify Student>Medical>Nurse Visits.
The student's Nurse Visits screen lists all visits the student has made to the nurse either for the current school year, or all school years in the current school, or all school years in the district:
Choosing the Visit Log
A set of radio button controls above the list of Visits allows you to select which of the three visit logs you wish to see:
You can easily switch between only the current year, all years in the current school, or all years in the district by selecting the desired radio button.
Printing Visit Reports
Printing a List of Visits
The printer icon button at the upper right corner of the Nurse Visits screen will print a summary of all of the visits currently listed on the screen.
If you change the listed visits (e.g. from Current Year to All Years in the Current School), the PDF report generated by the Printer Icon button also changes.
The report contains whatever is currently listed on the screen:
Printing a Single Visit Report
In the list of reports, each report has one or two PDF icon buttons associated with it:
These bring up standard Visit reports.
If there are two icon buttons, it means that the Visit contains comments on its the DCPP screen.
The PDF icon to the left prints the standard visit report, which never contains the DCPP comments.
The PDF icon to the right prints a report which does contain the DCPP comments.
Editing a Visit
If a visit can be edited (i.e. is not locked down), an Edit icon will appear on the right side of the row.
Click this to bring up the "Modify Visit" screens.
Follow directions for editing a Visit found on the Nurse Visit screens.
Deleting Visits
Visits cannot be deleted from student's Nurse Visits screen.
To delete a visit, you must go to the Nurse->Visits screens, locate the visit and remove it from there.
Creating a Visit
If you are a nurse, you can create a new Visit directly from the student's Nurse Visits screen.
To do so, click the button. Follow the directions on the Nurse Visit screens.
