"Provisional Admission"
Students entering schools in NJ must have had a certain series of vaccinations. Students initial entry of school in NJ can be granted on a "provisional" basis if the student received a minimum of one dose each of the required vaccines but nurses must follow up every 30 days to ensure the student is progressing to full compliance with NJ vaccination requirements.
