Student Athletic Status Screen
The Student Data>Modify Student>Medical>Athletic Status screen allows the nurse to create a time limited Athletic Status record indicating that the student cannot participate in sports or physical education for a period of time.
The "Reason" drop down is populated from the ATHLETIC_PARTIC_REASONS codes table.
