New

* Homeless Tracking and NJSmart

- Two new fields have been added to a student's Homeless Tracking record.

- "Homeless Instructional Service" - indication of whether a homeless student is receiving or not receiving

instructional services under 42 U.S.C. 11432(a).

- "Homeless Support Service" - indication of whether a homeless student is receiving or not receiving support

services under 42 U.S.C. 11432(a). Both new fields will be collected in SID Management.

* Student Data -> Tacking -> Homeless Tracking
- Added information to screen including resident district values and if the student is currently included in NJSmart. You may exclude students from NJSmart from this screen now also if you also have rights to do so from a students NJSmart -> Settings tab.

 You can add a homeless record for a student via Student Data>Modify Student>Tracking>Other>Homeless.

The student's last known address (selectable on Student Data>Modify Student>Demographic>Contacts) will appear on the Homeless Tracking screen.

Click here for info on how this gets pulled to the State Submission - the field "Is set to Y if student has Homeless Tracking record at any point during school year."
