Student Homeless Tracking Screen

Studentdata.Modifystudent.Demographics.Contacts: Added new field for making a contact's address a Homeless nighttime address

Studentdata.Modifystudent.Previousschools: Added new field to make a Previous School a Homeless student's School of Origin. This new field will only show for students with a homeless tracking record.

Studentdata.Modifystudent.Tracking.Other.Homeless: Added new fields to Homeless Tracking for funding and transportation

You can add a homeless record for a student via Student Data>Modify Student>Tracking>Other>Homeless.

The student's last known address (selectable on Student Data>Modify Student>Demographic>Contacts) will appear on the Homeless Tracking screen.

Click here for info on how this gets pulled to the State Submission - the field "Is set to Y if student has Homeless Tracking record at any point during school year."
