The Publishing Task

The Publishing Task will automatically publish a Template to students who newly qualify to receive it.

When new students are registered, the "Publish Task", when it runs, determines whether any Form Template published to a "Query" applies to the newly registered student.  If so, the Template is auto-published to the student.

There is a single "Publish Task" and it is either enabled or disabled.

There is a "Publish Task" status bar that appears at the top of the Parents>Forms>Templates>List screen.

When the Publish Task is enabled, it appears in green:

When the Publish Task is disabled (and forms will not be auto-published to new students), it appears in yellow:

There is a single button on the Publish Task Status bar.  When the task is disabled, the button is a button and clicking it enables the Publish Task.

When the task is enabled, the button is a  button and clicking it disables the task.
